GAMBARAN PROSES PELAKSANAAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA RA PERWANIDA BANDA ACEH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di RA Perwanida Banda Aceh. Riset ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan selama Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025, dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari guru-guru di RA Perwanida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di RA Perwanida telah berhasil meningkatkan minat siswa dan keterlibatan mereka dalam pelajaran. Kurikulum ini diterapkan melalui model pembelajaran sentra, yang mencakup Sentra Main Peran, Sentra Balok, Sentra Persiapan, Sentra Seni dan Olah Tubuh, serta Sentra Seni Kreativitas. Guru-guru di RA Perwanida telah menunjukkan kesiapan yang baik dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran, dengan memanfaatkan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dan menerapkan evaluasi yang kontinu terhadap perkembangan siswa. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pengamatan, pencatatan, dan dokumentasi hasil kegiatan, yang memberikan umpan balik penting bagi guru dan orang tua dalam memantau dan meningkatkan perkembangan anak. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di RA Perwanida telah memberikan dampak positif dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan kolaborasi dengan orang tua, serta inovasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap implementasi kurikulum juga disarankan untuk memastikan optimalisasi manfaat yang diperoleh dari Kurikulum Merdeka di RA Perwanida.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at RA Perwanida Banda Aceh. The study takes a qualitative method, gathering data through documentation, interviews, and observation. It was conducted during the First Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, with the research subjects comprising the teachers at RA Perwanida. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at RA Perwanida has successfully enhanced student interest and engagement in the learning process. The curriculum is applied through a center-based learning model, which includes Role-Playing Centers, Block Centers, Preparation Centers, Art and Physical Education Centers, and Creative Art Centers. The teachers at RA Perwanida have demonstrated good preparedness in planning and delivering lessons by utilizing appropriate teaching materials and continuously evaluating student progress. Learning evaluation is conducted through observation, recording, and documentation of activities, providing essential feedback for teachers and parents to monitor and enhance the children's development. Overall, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at RA Perwanida has had a positive impact on creating an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience for the students. This study recommends further development of teacher competencies through continuous training, increased collaboration with parents, and innovation in learning activities. Ongoing evaluation of the curriculum implementation is also suggested to ensure the optimization of benefits derived from the Merdeka Curriculum at RA Perwanida.
