MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PASSING CONTROL DENGAN METODE BERMAIN PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI I ATAMBUA

This study aims to improve the football control skills with the playing method for Atambua 1 Public High School students. This study uses action research methods (ActionResearch). The design of this study uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models in the form of cycles or rounds of activities which include stage 1) planning (planning), 2) action (action), 3) observation (observing), 4) reflection (reflecting). This study was conducted on 34 Atambua High School I students. The data collection tool that will be used is the researcher as the main instrument in the form of observation format, field notes, documentation and tests of football passing control abilities. The results of this study indicate that the application of learning using the playing method turned out to be very effective in improving football passing control skills of Atambua High School I students. has been right in improving football's passing control skills in learning achievement.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilanpassingcontrol sepakbola dengan metode bermain pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Atambua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (ActionResearch). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang berupa siklus atau putaran kegiatan yang meliputi tahap 1) perencanaan (planning), 2) tindakan (action), 3) pengamatan (observing), 4) refleksi (reflecting). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa SMA Negeri I Atambua sebanyak 34 orang siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang akan digunakan yakni peneliti sebagai instrumen utama yaitu berupa format pengamatan, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi serta tes kemampuan passing control sepakbola. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan metode bermain ternyata sangat efektif meningkatkan keterampilan passing control sepakbola siswa SMA Negeri I Atambua, hal ini terlihat pada pencapaian keberhasilan pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 71% dan untuk siklus II sebesar 88%, yang artinya penerapan metode bermain sudah tepat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan passing control sepakbola dalam pencapaian pembelajaran.
