This study aims to develop a game-based sprint running exercise model for ages 6-12 years. This study uses research and development (R&D) methods with the Borg and Gall model consisting of ten steps. The number of athletes involved in this study were 20 athletes. The instruments used in this study are tests. Validation tests conducted by experts concluded that 10 models of game-based sprint running exercises for ages 6-12 years were declared valid and feasible to use. The effectiveness test results of the average results of game-based sprint running exercises for ages 6-12 years in the experimental group (using a game-based sprint running exercise model for ages 6-12 years) were pre-test of 5.81 while the average score of training results kick speed dolyochagi in the final test (posttest) is 16.00 meaning that there is a difference and the posttest average value is higher than the pretest average value. The significant test of difference with SPSS 20 obtained the results of t-count = -31.83 df = 21 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a very significant deverent.
