EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBINAAN CABANG OLAHRAGA KARATE SATLAK PRIMA TAHUN 2011-2017

This research is aimed to help the body intituition on this case SATLAK PRIMA who managed the programme of sports atlethe especially Karate National team in order to get the best performance with an existed programme. This study is using description toqualitative methodology dan evaluation. Reasearcher used evaluation methodology with CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Some issues on this study were unpredictable target that can caused delaying the result of each Karate athelete. Therefore, the achievement is not as predicted.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu suatu organisasi dalam hal ini SATLAK PRIMA yang mengelola program latihan atlet khususnya cabang olahraga karate dalam mencapai prestasi setinggi-tingginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dan evaluasi program. Peneliti menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hal yang tidak terduga dalam proses pembinaan latihan yang menyebabkan proses latihan tidak berjalan dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat. Sehingga target tidak dapat dicapai dengan maksimal.
