MODIFIKASI ALAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN TOLAK PELURU

This study aims to determine the improvement of bullet skills of students of SMAN 4 Pandeglang in sports loads using tool modifications. This study uses the action research method model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart with 4 stages, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instrument used in this study was a bullet resistance skill test and observation. The results of tool modification studies can improve student bullet resistance skills. Students who passed the KKM test of the bullet repulsion skills of the students in the first cycle were as many as 20 people (56%) from the pre-cycle only 8 people (22%). Furthermore, the results of the bullet rejecting skill test in the second cycle were 30 people (83%). Thus the modification of the tool can improve students' bullet resistance skills.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan tolak peluru siswa SMAN 4 Pandeglang dalam muatan olahraga menggunakan modifikasi alat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes keterampilan tolak peluru dan observasi. Hasil penelitian modifikasi alat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tolak peluru siswa. Siswa yang lulus KKM tes keterampilan tolak peluru siswa tindakan siklus I adalah sebanyak 20 orang (56%) dari prasiklus hanya 8 orang (22%). Selanjutnya, hasil tes keterampilan tolak peluru pada siklus II adalah 30 orang (83%). Dengan demikian modifikasi alat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tolak peluru siswa.
