The purpose of this study was to create an effective model of exercise to process intelligence to improve technical skills, so that they could perform motion activities. This research was conducted for ank 13-15 years. The research method used in this study is the Research Development (R & D) method with Borg and Gall models. This research was conducted in extracurricular basketball baskets at SMP 7 Karawang, SMP 5 Karawang, SMP 2 Karawang. From the results of this study, was to issue the effectiveness of 20 items from the passing exercise model for beginner athletes. The average ball practice is the passing game given based on the exercise model is 77.87 average increase. In the significance test with SPPS 16, the results of t-count p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there are significant differences in the practice of basket passing before and after using a game-based training model.
