LATIHAN KONDISI BERPUASA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERBEDAAN DENYUT NADI SEBELUM DAN SAAT BANGUN TIDUR

Abstract

Differences in basal heart rate during exercise and not an exercise in fasting condition Exercise during fasting is a strenuous activity to do. Exercise should be measured, and consider hydration levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in pulse rate before and after waking up between exercise days and non-exercise days. The research volunteers amounted to 13 students ranging in age from 19-21 years. This research is experimental. Volunteers were given exercise treatment with a dose of 75% with 12-16 repetitions with ten tools and three sets. Rest between sets 3-4 minutes. Exercise is carried out in the afternoon starting 1 hour 30 minutes before breaking the fast. Data analyzed  A non-parametric test. The research showed  differences in pulse before and after waking up with a mean value of 69 before and 60 at the time of waking. Non-parametric statistical test explained a difference in the pulse media between the pulse before and after sleep.

Abstrak

Perbedaan denyut nadi basal saat latihan dan tidak latihan dalam kondisi berpuasa

Latihan pada masa Puasa merupakan aktivitas yang berat untuk dilakukan. Latihan harus terukur dan mempertimbangkan level hidrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah bangun tidur antara hari hari latihan dan tidak latihan. Sukarelawan penelitian berjumlah 13 mahasiswa rentang usia 19-21 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Sukarelawan diberi perlakuan latihan dengan dosis 75% dengan 12-16 kali melakukan  repetisi dengan 10 alat dan 3 set. Istirahat antar set3-4 menit. Latihan dilakukan di sore hari dimulai 1 jam 30 menit sebelum berbuka puasa. Data dianalisis dengan Uji non parameterik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan denyut nadi sebelum dan bangun tidur dengan nilai mean 69 sebelum dan 60 pada waktu bangun tidur. Hasil Uji statistic non paramterik menjelaskan bahwa terdapat perbedaan media nadi antara denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah tidur.
