PENGEMBANGAN STANDAR FISIK DAN NON FISIK WASIT SEPAKBOLA ASOSIASI PSSI KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan standar fisik dan non fisik wasit sepakbola Asosiasi PSSI Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas serta dapat dipergunakan sebagai acuan standar standar wasit sepakbola Asosiasi PSSI Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini diambil sejumlah 5 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah diperoleh berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan, pengembangan standar fisik dan non fisik wasit sepakbola Asosiasi Provinsi PSSI  yang memiliki dua standar yang masing-masing standar tediri dari 7 aspek untuk standar fisik, dan 15 aspek untuk  standar  non fisik  wasit. Bedasarkan standar fisik dan standar non fisik wasit semua dapat diikutsertakan dalam skala pengembagan wasit sepakbola karena memiliki tingkat kesahihan yang sedang dengan perolehan nilai indeks validitas 0,485 sehingga dapat digunakan untuk bahan standar fisik dan standar non fisik. Sedangkan nilai indeks reliabilitas memiliki tingkat kehandalan yang sedang dengan perolehan nilai indeks reliabilitas, 0,443, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam standar fisik dan non fisik wasit sepakbola Asosiasi PSSI Kabupaten Aceh Besar.


Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop physical and non-physical standards for football referees for the PSSI Association of Aceh Besar Regency which have validity and reliability and can be used as a standard reference for football referee standards for the PSSI Association of Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples taken in this research was 5 samples. The results of the research that have been obtained are based on analysis and discussion, the development of physical and non-physical standards for football referees at the PSSI Provincial Association, which has two standards, each standard consisting of 7 aspects for physical standards, and 15 aspects for non-physical standards for referees. Based on physical standards and non-physical standards, all referees can be included in the football referee development scale because they have a moderate level of validity with a validity index value of 0.485 so they can be used for physical standards and non-physical standards. Meanwhile, the reliability index value has a moderate level of reliability with a reliability index value of 0.443, so it can be used in the physical and non-physical standards for football referees from the PSSI Association of Aceh Besar Regency.
