Abstract

Arah dan tujuan penelitian adalah mencari pengaruh media latihan (barrier hop dan box jump), tingkat percaya diri terhadap keterampilan jump service bola voli kemudian berikut ini adalah hal-hal yang ingin ditentukan dalam penelitian ini: 1) Apakah servis lompat mendapat manfaat dari pelatihan lompat penghalang? 2) Apakah servis lompat mendapat manfaat dari latihan lompat kotak? 3) Seberapa percaya diri diri sendiri saat bermain bola voli? kemampuan servis lompatan? Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian “two-group pretest-posttest design”. Dalam penelitian ini, tes jump serve yang memiliki reliabilitas 0,99 dan validitas 0,989 digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Subjek penelitian berjumlah dua puluh empat siswa. Proses analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan ambang signifikansi 5%. Berikut kesimpulan penelitian: Latihan barier hop meningkatkan servis lompat bola voli siswa lebih lanjut, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung (2,133) > t tabel (1,720) dan nilai signifikansi (0,026) < dari (0,05). T hitung (8,660) > t tabel (2,201) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa (1) latihan barier hop berpengaruh terhadap servis lompat, dan (2) latihan lompat kotak berpengaruh dengan t hitung ( 3,522) > t tabel (2,201) dan nilai signifikansi (0,005) < dari (0,05). Setelah dilakukan pengujian, perbedaannya adalah 1,75 cm.


Abstract
The following are the items that this study seeks to determine: 1) Does jump serving benefit from barrier hop training? 2) Does jump serving benefit from box jump practice? 3) How confident is oneself when playing volleyball? leap serve capability? This study used the "two-group pretest-posttest design" research methodology. In this study, the jump serve test—which has a reliability of 0.99 and validity of 0.989—was employed as a research method. The research subjects comprised twenty-four students. The data analysis process employed the t test with a significance threshold of 5%. The following are the research's conclusions: (1) t count (8.660) > t table (2.201) and significance value (0.000) < (0.05) indicate that barrier hop training affects jump serves; (2) t count (3.522) > t table (2.201) and significance value (0.005) < than (0.05) indicate that the jump training box has an impact. In comparison to other training techniques, barrier hop training enhances students' volleyball jump serves, as demonstrated by the calculated t value (2.133) > t table (1.720) and the significance value (0.026) < (0.05). Following testing, there was a 1.75 centimeter discrepancy.
