Abstract

Abstract
Biomechanical analysis is currently a revolutionary tool for recording both qualitative and quantitative analysis and improvement of human movement. With the development of photography, it has become possible to capture sequences of images that reveal details of human movement that are not visible to the naked eye. In archery, it is important that the archer is able to withstand the bow's draw force isometrically when released. The number of movement errors from the draw results in a reduction in arrow speed and this causes the arrow to move too slowly towards the target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a difference in the recurve rounde single in the top and sagittal views in the drawing, aiming and release stages. Descriptive research methods with the basic causal-comparative designs were used in this study. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the recurve rounde single in the top and sagittal views in the drawing, aiming and release stages. The research subjects were 8 athletes, the data collected in this study were data obtained directly from the research objects, namely PPLP Aceh Athletes Based on the results of the research and discussion guided by the research questions, it can be concluded that: This study reveals several conclusions. Drawing, aiming and release, which are predictors of skill in PPLP archery athletes, experienced an average increase in distance of 1.33 cm.
