PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN KIPER FUTSAL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku model latihan untuk kiper futsal yang telah dikembangkan guna memberikan manfaat kepada pelatih untuk mempermudah pelatih dalam menerapkan materi latihan kepada tim futsal. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall Yang terdiri dari sepuluh langkah penelitian, Rancangan penelitian dilakukan terhadap dua kelompok eksperimen berbentuk the one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan pemain yang merupakan kiper pada tim futsal Irhasindo Kota Langsa sebanyak 4 orang untuk skala kecil dan 6 orang untuk skala besar. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Masaro Futsal, Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan yang dikembangkan menghasilkan 10 variasi latihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menangkap bola dan teknik dasar kiper futsal lainnya. Penerapan model ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan skor-gain sebesar 74,15% pada kelas kontrol. Model latihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kiper, khususnya dalam aspek teknik dasar yang lebih komprehensif dan menarik.
Abstract
This study aims to produce a product of a training model book for futsal goalkeepers that has been developed to provide benefits to coaches to make it easier for coaches to apply training materials to futsal teams. This study uses a research and development model from Borg and Gall consisting of ten research steps. The research design was carried out on two experimental groups in the form of the one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were players who were goalkeepers on the Irhasindo Kota Langsa futsal team, as many as 4 people for a small scale and 6 people for a large scale. The location of the study was at Masaro Futsal, Langsa Baro, Langsa City. The results showed that the developed training model produced 10 variations of training to improve the ability to catch the ball and other basic techniques of futsal goalkeepers. The application of this model showed a significant increase with a score-gain of 74.15% in the control class. This training model has proven effective in improving goalkeeper skills, especially in terms of more comprehensive and interesting basic techniques.
