KETEPATAN WAKTU PENGEMBALIAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS RUANG RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK (RSIA) PEMERINTAH ACEH TAHUN 2025

Abstract

Ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis merupakan salah satu peningkatan kedisiplinan petugas dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025. Di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 bahwa pengembalian berkas memiliki waktu 3x24 jam setelah pasien dinyatakan pulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah populasi penelitian ini 24 orang petugas rekam medis dan 3 orang petugas rekam medis sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 dapat di simpulkan bahwa Ketidaklengkapan berkas rekam medis di ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Tidak Lengkap” Alur pengembalian dokumen berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Sesuai” Ketidakjelasan penulisan dokter pada berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Jelas”. Saran dari peneliti kepada pihak Rumah Sakit adalah perlunya peningkatan kedisiplinan petugas dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit.


Abstract
The timeliness of returning medical record files is one of the improvements in the discipline of officers in returning medical record files at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) in 2025. At the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) in 2025, the file return period is 3x24 hours after the patient is declared home. This study aims to analyze the timeliness of returning medical record files in the inpatient room. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a population of 24 medical record officers and 3 medical record officers as samples. The results of the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) study in 2025 can be concluded that the incompleteness of medical record files in the inpatient room at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Incomplete" The flow of returning medical record file documents at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Appropriate" The unclear writing of the doctor on the medical record file at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Clear". The researcher's suggestion to the Hospital is the need to improve the discipline of officers in returning medical record files at the Hospital.
