EFEKTIFITAS PEMBERIAN KOMPRES HANGAT TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI DAN KECEMASAN SAAT PEMASANGAN INFUS PADA ANAK DI RSUD dr.ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH

Abstract

Latar Belakang :Terapi perilaku kognitif didasarkan pada pola pemikiran dan perilaku yang dapat mempengaruhi gejala dan ketidak mampuan yang mungkin menghambat proses penyembuhan. Pemasangan infus merupakan prosedur invasif dan merupakan tindakan yang sering di lakukan rumah sakit (Jeli, 2014). Berdasarkan data dari rekam medik RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado,jumlahanak yang dirawat di ruang anak selama setahun terakhir yaitu pada bulan April 2017-April 2018 berjumlah 1105 anak, 30% diantaranya merupakan anak usia prasekolah dan 50% anak usia prasekolah yang dirawat dipasang infus. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang tersebut diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini yang berjudul “efektifitas kompres hangat terhadap tingkat nyeri dan kecemasan pada pasien anak di RSUD dr.Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompres hangat terhadap nyeri anak usia sekolah saat pemasangan infus di DR.ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH.. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pemberian Kompres Hangat Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri Dan Kecemasan saat Pemasangan InfusPada Anakdi RSUD Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini terdapat 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 119  pasien yang dipasang infus di Ruang ArafahAnak RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin. Dan sampel yang didapatkan adalah 29 pasien Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil karakteristik responden diatas sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-lai dengan jumlah persentase sebesar 64,1%, sedangkan untuk urutan kelahiran anak pada anak ke 2 paling banyak dengan presentasi 55,4%, untuk usia anak 6-10 tahun sebesar 85,9%. Ada efektifitas pemberian kompres hangat terhadap intensitas nyeri dan kecemasan saat pemasangan infus Pada anak di rsud dr.zainoel abidin Banda aceh dengan p-value 0,000 (P<0,05).

Cognitive behavioral therapy is based on patterns of thought and behavior that can influence symptoms and disabilities that may hinder the healing process. Insertion of an IV is an invasive procedure and is an action that is often carried out in hospitals (Jeli, 2014). Based on data from the medical records of RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado, the number of children treated in the children's room during the last year, namely in April 2017-April 2018, was 1105 children, 30% of whom were preschool age children and 50% of the preschool age children who were treated had intravenous drips. Based on the background description above, researchers are interested in conducting this research entitled "The effectiveness of warm compresses on the level of pain and anxiety in pediatric patients at Dr. when installing an IV at DR. ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH. Method: This research used a Quasi Experimental design. This research design aims to determine the effectiveness of giving warm compresses on the intensity of pain and anxiety when installing an IV in children at the Zainoel Abidin Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh. This study contained 2 groups, namely a control group and an intervention group. The population in this study were 119 patients who had IVs installed in the Arafah Anak Room at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin. And the sample obtained was 29 patients. Results: Based on the results of the characteristics of the respondents above, the majority of respondents were male with a percentage of 64.1%, while for child birth order the 2nd child was the highest with a presentation of 55.4%, for children aged 6-10 years amounted to 85.9%. There is an effectiveness of giving warm compresses on the intensity of pain and anxiety when installing an IV in children at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh with a p-value of 0.000 (P<0.05).
