HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI MANAJEMEN KEPALA RUANGAN RAWAT INAP DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT

Manajemen keperawatan merupakan suatu proses keperawatan yang menggunakan fungsi-fungsi keperawatan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengoranisasian, penagarahan, dan pengendalian, masing-masing fungsi manajemen tersebut saling berkaitan satu sama lain Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan kepuasaan kerja perawat diruang rawat inap RSU Cut Meutia. pengambilan data dialkukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 201 perawat yang bertugas di 10 ruang rawat inap. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 134 perawat di RSU Cut Meutia dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square untuk menguji hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan kepuasaan kerja perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan baik lebih dari 50 %, kepuasaan kerja perawat baik 88,9%. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi manajemen dengan kepuasaan kerja perawat, dengan nilai ρ-value 0,004. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa variable fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan berhubungan dengan kepuasaan kerja perawat di RSU Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
Abstract
Nursing management is a nursing process that uses nursing functions consisting of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, each of these management functions is interrelated with each other. This study is a descriptive correlation study using a Cross Sectional design that aims to identify how the relationship between the implementation of the head of the room management function and nurse job satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Cut Meutia Hospital. Data collection was carried out in July-August 2025. The population in this study was 201 nurses who worked in 10 inpatient wards. The number of samples in this study was 134 nurses at Cut Meutia Hospital using a simple random sampling technique. Variable measurement used univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test to test the relationship between the implementation of the head of the room management function and nurse job satisfaction. The results showed that the implementation of the head of the room management function was good at more than 50%, nurse job satisfaction was good at 88.9%. There was a significant relationship between management functions and nurse job satisfaction, with a ρ-value of 0.004. The researcher concluded that the variable of the management function of the head of the room was related to the job satisfaction of nurses at Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh Regency.
