PENGARUH KEWENANGAN DAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH SD NEGERI DI KOTAMADYA JAKARTA UTARA

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of authority and decision making on managerial effectivenesson principalof state primary school. The research was conducted to all of state primary school principalat The City of north Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 80principal as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of authority on managerial effectiveness, (2) there is direct effect of decision making on managerial effectiveness, (3) there is direct effect of authority on decision making. Therefore to enhance principal’s managerial effectiveness can be carried out by authority, and decision making.
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang efek otoritas dan pengambilan keputusan manajerial kepala sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk semua sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah kota Jakarta Utara dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah 80 orang kepala sekolah yang menjadi contoh dipilih dengan menggunakan Slovin formula. Penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) ada efek langsung dari otoritas efektivitas manajerial, (2) ada efek secara langsung pada pengambilan keputusan manajerial, (3) ada efek langsung dari otoritas pada pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajerial kepala sekolah dapat dilakukan oleh otoritas dan pengambilan keputusan.
