PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN (PERSONALITY) DAN INTEGRITAS TERHADAP KREATIVITAS GURU SD NEGERI DI KABUPATEN ACEH SINGKIL

In the teaching and learning process the creativity possessed by a teacher is the key to the success of learning. this study seeks to see the ability of a teacher to be able to show creativity influenced by several factors including personality and integrity. to strengthen these variables, it is necessary to do research to determine the dimensions in whether or not each variable is good. this can be a reference for teachers to strengthen the dimensions of personality and integrity in order to improve creativity. this study also aims to find out and analyze personality, integrity, and creativity. the influence of personality and integrity in the creativity of public elementary school teachers both partially and simultaneously. this study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. the population who were respondents used the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The study population was 104 public elementary school teachers. Hypothesis testing of the study was carried out by the path analysis method. the results of the study showed that personality, integrity and creativity were in a very good category. the results of the verification analysis indicate that personality and integrity affect creativity.
Abstrak
Dalam proses belajar mengajar kreativitas yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru adalah kunci keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini berupaya melihat kemampuan seorang guru untuk dapat menunjukkan kreativitas yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor termasuk kepribadian dan integritas. untuk memperkuat variabel-variabel ini, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan dimensi apakah masing-masing variabel baik atau tidak. ini bisa menjadi referensi bagi guru untuk memperkuat dimensi kepribadian dan integritas guna meningkatkan kreativitas. penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepribadian, integritas, dan kreativitas. pengaruh kepribadian dan integritas dalam kreativitas guru sekolah dasar negeri baik secara parsial maupun simultan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi yang menjadi responden menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Populasi penelitian adalah 104 guru sekolah dasar negeri. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis jalur. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, integritas dan kreativitas berada dalam kategori sangat baik. hasil analisis verifikasi menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan integritas memengaruhi kreativitas.
