PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MTs SWASTA DI KABUPATEN JEPARA

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara District. This research uses survey research methods with path analysis techniques. The study was conducted in Jepara District with a total of 15 schools with 139 teacher respondents. The findings in this study indicate: First, Compensation has a direct positive effect on performance. This means that compensation results in an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Second, Organizational Commitment has a positive direct effect on performance. This means that with the increase in organizational commitment for each teacher, there has been an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Third, compensation has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment. This means that by giving compensation it results in an increase in the organizational commitment of teacher of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency.
Abstrak
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTs Swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Studi dilakukan di Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah 15 sekolah dengan responden 139 guru. Temuan dalam penelitan ini mengindikasikan: Pertama, Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan kompensasi mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Kedua, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya peningkatan komitmen organisasi pada setiap guru mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Ketiga, kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Artinya dengan diberikannya kompensasi mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan komitmen organisasi guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara.
