PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN SELF EFIKASI TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN BEKASI UTARA (2019)

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of environment towards self efficacy.
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi.
