About the Journal

Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan IPA dan Etnosains (JIPIE) is an open-access and peer-reviewed scientific journal managed by the Natural Sciences Education Study Program, Bina Bangsa Getsempena University. This journal publishes research articles, conceptual studies, and learning innovations in the field of science education, covering physics, chemistry, biology, and ethnoscience.
The journal focuses on the development of science learning integrated with local wisdom, culture, and traditional community knowledge to strengthen contextual and interdisciplinary learning. JIPIE serves as a forum for scientific dissemination for academics, researchers, and education practitioners at local, national, and international levels. It aims to encourage innovation in science learning, the development of research-based educational practices, the integration of science and culture, the preservation of local wisdom, and contributions to the development of relevant and sustainable science.
JIPIE is published twice a year, in Mei and October.
