Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan visi dan misi masing- masing prodi dalam STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena sebagai induk organisasi secara keseluruhan dan analisis SWOT. Visi yang direncanakan sudah sesuai dengan misi untuk semua prodi . Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visi dan misi masing-masing prodi secara keseluruhan mendukung visi dan misi STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena. Hasil analisis SWOT dapat disimpulkan bahwa STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena secara mutlak adalah sebuah sekolah tinggi yang memiliki keunggulan tanpa kelemahan untuk berkembang dan mampu memanfaatkan kesempatan tanpa ada rintangan.
