EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN DANA BOSP PADA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DALAM PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN BERDASARKAN MODEL CIPP DI KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas penggunaan dana BOSP pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan mutu Pendidikan berdasrkan model CIPP pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Survei dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan signifikan dalam pengelolaan Dana BOS di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Kepala Sekolah efektif mengarahkan penggunaan dana, Komite Sekolah berperan aktif dalam perencanaan, dan Guru turut serta dalam peningkatan fasilitas dan motivasi siswa. Kolaborasi antar stakeholder menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan inklusif, menghasilkan peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang nyata. Rekomendasi positif melibatkan pemeliharaan kolaborasi, menjadikan model pengelolaan Dana BOS sebagai contoh terbaik, dan memberikan pengakuan pada semua kontributor. Pengelolaan Dana BOS direspon positif oleh Komite Sekolah, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, transparansi, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Peran vital Bendahara BOS dalam alokasi dana dan evaluasi program terlihat, menciptakan landasan keuangan yang kuat. Guru-guru menunjukkan keterlibatan tinggi dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan Dana BOS, mencerminkan semangat tim dalam mencapai peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan fasilitas dan partisipasi siswa.


Abstract
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Education Unit Operational Assistance funds at State Elementary Schools in Aceh Besar Regency and determine the improvement in the quality of education based on the Context evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process evaluation, and Product evaluation models at State Elementary Schools in Aceh Besar Regency. This research is a type of survey research with quantitative methods. The results of the research show that the research has shown significant success in managing School Operational Assistance funds in public elementary schools in Aceh Besar Regency. The Principal effectively directs the use of funds, the School Committee plays an active role in planning, and Teachers also play an active role in improving facilities and student motivation. Collaboration between stakeholders creates an inclusive educational environment, resulting in real improvements in the quality of education. Positive recommendations include maintaining collaboration, making the School Operational Assistance Fund management model the best example, and providing recognition to all contributors. Management of School Operational Assistance funds received a positive response from the School Committee, with a focus on planning, transparency and ongoing evaluation. The important role of the School Operational Assistance Treasurer in allocating funds and program evaluation is clearly visible, thereby creating a strong financial foundation. Teachers show high involvement in the planning and management of the School Operational Assistance Fund, which reflects the team's spirit in achieving improvements in the quality of education through improving facilities and student participation.
