Abstract

Setiap tumbuhan memiliki komposisi gizi dan nutrisi yang berbeda-beda. Pemahaman akan konsep esensi variasi nutrisi dan gizi yang berbeda pada tiap tumbuhan dapat membantu pemilihan dan pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang. Melalui lensa analisi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah variasi nutrisi yang ditemukan dalam spesies tanaman yang berbeda dan menyoroti pentingnya keragaman makanan bagi kehidupan dibumi. Sample dipilih berdasarkan metode stratified random sampling, termasuk mangga, bit, jagung, pisang, apel, wortel, bayam, dan kembang kol. Kandungan vitamin dianalisis. Secara khusus tingkat vitamin ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode reduksi pewarna diklorofenol indofenol, metode kolorimetri, dan metode fluorometri. Penelitin ini menemukan bahwa kandungan unsur vitamin bervariasi antara 0,08-3,18mg/100ml. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tumbuhan yang disebutkan banyak mengandung nutrisi dan gizi. Oleh karena itu, mereka harus dimasukkan dalam pola makan untuk melengkapi kebutuhan nutrisi harian tubuh.


Abstract
Each plant has different nutritional compositions. Understanding the concept on the essence of different nutritional variations in each plant can help in selecting and fulfilling a balanced diet. Through the lens of analysis, this research aims to dissect the nutritional variations found in different plant species and highlight the importance of food diversity for life on earth. Samples were selected using the stratified random sampling method, including mango, beetroot, corn, banana, apple, carrot, spinach, and cauliflower. The vitamin content was analyzed. Specifically, the levels of vitamins were determined using the dichlorophenol indophenol reduction method, colorimetric method, and fluorometric method. The research found that the vitamin content varied between 0.08-3.18mg/100ml. These results indicate that the mentioned plants contain a lot of nutrients and nutrition. Therefore, they should be included in the diet to meet the body's daily nutritional needs.
